Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Standard Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Size Selection Responsibility

Our products are intentionally designed with an oversized fit and include a clear sizing recommendation. This recommendation is displayed in the sizing guide.

If a customer chooses not to follow this sizing recommendation and the selected size does not fit or feels too small as a result, the item is considered to have been ordered in the customer's chosen size and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to sizing issues.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed the sizing information and accept responsibility for their selected size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
